Ticonic Commons

GATHER. SHARE. CONNECT.

Church Transformation

The historic Sacred Heart Church will be reimagined as the centerpiece of Ticonic Commons, preserving its architectural character while creating a versatile community destination. The main sanctuary will become a flexible open space perfect for community events, markets, and gatherings of all sizes. The intimate chapel will transform into a cozy coffee shop, while other areas will house a commercial kitchen for local chefs, food stalls, a basement dance studio, classrooms, co-working spaces, and a welcoming spot to enjoy local craft beers.
